Thus, I would like to present the clan concept to everyone in the clan.

Remember, this is just a concept that I have been thinking about the last few days, the reason why I am sharing this with everyone is because I want feedback, what would be good, what is bad, what you want to add. Nothing is a "stupid suggestion" so fire away!

That being said, I am proud to present, the United Survivors Union clan concept.

United Survivors Union Concept

Three divisions- Guardsmen, scavengers, and builders. Guardsmen serve as the sword and shield, they spend their time defending the base from zombies and hostile humans, as well as conducting anti-bandit and survival assistant ops. Scavengers are exactly what you would think; they go into loot areas and collect as many resources as possible. They also mine, chop down trees, and hunt. Builders are pretty straightforward. They help build, maintain, and modify the fort. They also help place traps and craft important things.
Training- Training takes place on a private server on Friday, 4:00 PM GMT. We will teach and practice SOP, and discover/talk about new tactics that can be applied to 7DTD. Sometimes, we will even have a live fire exercise, or an inter-clan PvP match.
Operations- On Saturdays, 4:00 PM GMT, we will hold operations. This means that we either hop onto a random survival server and review things learnt in training, or we hop onto our private server and continue a “persistent storyline” in which the clan will build up a base, maintain it, scavenge, and carry out their roles as we would when random terrain comes out. The reason why we never hop on a public server is that there may be no loot for us to take (since loot does not respawn yet). This would leave us with the only option of KOSing everyone we meet, which is not what we represent.
SOP- Standard Operating Procedures will be constantly updated, as the alpha of 7DTD progresses, and new tactics are discovered and adopted. So far, here are our SOP.

1) Do not fire unless fired upon.
2) Guardsmen always play as the red shirt male, Builders always play the green shirt male, and Scavengers always play as the blue shirt female. This is for easy identification on the field.

Lingo- Lingo is a way to identify certain objects without over-complicating things.

• Weighted- Full inventory
• Tango- Human confirmed to be armed
• Bambi- Human confirmed to be unarmed

Teams-

Guardsman-

Team 1-

Team Leader- Armed with MP5, or weapon of choice.

Marksman- Armed with Sniper Rifle, Hunting Rifle, or Crossbow.

Supplies Bearer- Armed with Shotgun, carries group’s food, water, and extra ammo.

Explosive Expert- Armed with a RPG, pipebombs, and another weapon

Builders-

Team 1-

Project Lead- Armed with pistol, though he helps with building, his main job is to see how the current project, and spot problems before the project is too close to being complete.

Asst. Project Lead- Armed with pistol, assists project lead with responsibilities.

Builder- Armed with pistol. Builds

Scavengers-

Team 1-

Team lead- Armed with MP5, or weapon of choice.

Scout- Armed with sniper rifle. Provides overwatch for scavenger team from a safe and hidden position.

Material Scavenger- Armed with shotgun. Scavenges for material that can be used for crafting and/or building.

Necessities Scavenger- Armed with shotgun. Scavenges for food, water, weapons, ammo, tools, etc.
