I was not present when the incident happened but both of you should chill because your arguments are not making sense.
Recently players in the server are showing less and less respect to the mods. As a fellow mod i am kinda on ei's side. If you know it's an offensive behaviour and you decided to make a joke about it, repetition of that action does not seem to be joking. Admins are human beings, we are not robots that you can trashtalk after being punished without any hard feelings. If you are still putting up that toxic attitude even you know you offended someone, then it's a really pathetic childish act.
I hope I don't see you doing that behaviour again.

You have realized yourself it's not appropriate and said "I'll stop now." I assume that this means you also think it's getting a bit over. 5 minutes gag is just a minor punishment. Normally I gag people who do heavy spams for >15 minutes.

Also, the complaint you filed above does not solely aiming at your behaviour to "send lyrics". You were also accusing my abuse of mod powers to other players without knowing the whole picture.

1. It is seen as spamming, even players from server agreed. Don't tell me I need majority. Even if 1 player is annoyed I have to take action. Players in silence do not mean they are complying with you. My friends in voice comm were complaining as well.

2. I explained to you that you were spamming. You think it's not a proper reason. I have no other things to say. Go check server rules. Even you realized it was spammy and said "I'll stop now".

3. The other guy has been constantly harassing with verbal abuse. The other victim was offended and reported to me.

Well i did get a 57 killstreak on hightower with a phlog so... killstreak is not really an indicator.

Also the player does not look fishy at all

g4stly is kinda busy recently i think. I might have some ideas on your suggestion.

Since I have been to some servers with ranking systems and those servers are strangely laggy, I reckon it's not the best idea as we consider the smoothness of gameplay as top priority.

As for bunny hop plugin, I regret to tell you I have never heard of it. I'll leave it to g4stly to reply.

the banning system for rapid name changing is enabled in order to prevent hackers from avoiding ban by changing their IGN. g4stly will follow up the appeal

Yep, as much as people are abusing the banvote, I suppose you also did something that triggered them. So I'd suggest you try to avoid those actions that people considered "annoying". This way both parties can play the game peacefully.

Could you please provide more info on who took part in banning you and such?
