CELT Codec?
Maybe the servers can try out the CELT audio codec that is still in beta? I think currently the servers are still using the outdated speex codec, perhaps it's time for a change.

I can add it but I'm not sure if it's stable enough to be used yet, they say it's in beta so I'm not sure if it's going to cause crashes or some other kind of problems.
