Today marks a very hard decision for me, but one that I've had to make for the past half year now.

I've decided to shut down the servers and release all of our assets publicly for anyone to use*.

Combat surf has a very special place in my heart. Since I was introduced to the gamemode in 2007 by my cousin, I've been playing it every single year since then.

In 2013 I decided to start my own clan and server, which became a renowned name throughout the combat surf community, culminating over 300.000 unique players from around the globe, and over 200 written applicants for the clan in the year 2013-2014. Since then we've been forefront in unique concepts and visuals that has attracted attention throughout other servers in CS:GO. I'm personally very proud of this achievement, and I hope our time helped inspire other communities, and introduced new players as well as old to a nice place to hang out, to rival, to banter and most importantly, to have fun.

Once again. Thank you, if you've heard of us, been on our server. You've all contributed to making the gamemode last throughout the years, and I hope other server-owners still want to push their servers to the fullest.

To help this I'm publicly sharing Furious assets, plugins.
So for anyone that wants to further develop, make their own Furious clone, or wants to get inspired or lend some code for their next project.You can do so to your heart's content.

*Files and assets will be put online, most likely on GitHub in the very near future, when I have a little bit of time to organize this. If you wish to help out managing this, let me know.

In the meantime, I hope you all know, that this game mode is special. It's unique, and hopefully Valve sees this soon. Let's hope for a great future for surf, not just combat, but for the movement based game modes that we love in Counter-Strike.
