Okay we have a full roster and we play well, but i think we dont have coordination during an actual team game.
First i think we should assing roles that we should stick by during a game, ex (zach mid lane, vanessa support/pusher).
When we have the designated role that should be discussed with the capt, we should try it out.
Having a role does not mean you are married to it. Once you have a role it means you should counter pich depending on the enemy team ex( you have the support role and you main Witch Doctor, if the enemy team has a PA you can rotate to get a counter that will help the team such as Omniknight.
I know im just a member but i think we should do this and have a "reunion" so we can do it with the members and leader consent.
