Tumblr vs Reddit Season 2 - Roster Announcement

It’s been an incredible journey so far, and we’ve only just lifted off. We received so many applications from a lot of enthusiastic players - ready to represent Tumblr and Reddit for Season 2, here to play some video games, shoot some big guns, and wear some nice hats.

Here are the rosters for this season’s matches!

The mystery All-Stars match roster will be announced in the near future, so stay tuned for that…

Over 2700 players applied this season, within a week. That’s out of this world. Even though we couldn’t fit you all in, we appreciate all that you’ve done for us as much as we’ve done for you.

Thank you to everybody who has not only submitted an application, but shown your support and interest in tVr Season 2. We hope you’ll give the same love to Season 2’s official teams!

As you guys may have seen, we are currently organizing a set of games between Tumblr and Reddit! This is what we’ve got so far:

A team from each community representing West Coast US, East Coast US and if there’s enough interest an EU
We’ll be playing on the Highlander line up (9 v. 9)
Chances are each community will choose which map to play in
We’re looking at having this casted and livestreamed (if you’re a caster get in contact)
We’ll run applications when things are more set in stone
We’re definitely looking at people beyond the FYTF2 community, we’re organizing this but it doesn’t limit who from Tumblr can play!
This will probably happen mid to late January, early February if need be

I’m probably missing something but that’s most of it. If you have any questions feel free to send an ask, and generally let us know if you guys are interested.

Why continue on this, Ine? This isn't worthwhile, trying to resurrect something that the fytf2 crew failed to even keep up? Just play tf2, reblog whatever while all but few even care about the fytf2 community.
