Hats? Free? YES!!

Have you always wanted a hat? Have you always wanted a symbol that you are in possession of a magnificent trophy perched atop your head?

Wether you're 5 or 73, a newb or a pro, this group WILL get you the hat you've always wanted (or not, it depends).

Here's how it works.

When over 27 people join the group, the Free Hat Giveaway will begin. Once every giveaway (these can be as often as once or twice a day, depending on group activity), I will ask everyone in the group to pitch in 1 scrap until there are 27 in my possession. I will then use these 27 scraps to make a random hat. I will then use random.org (a random number generator) to pick a number (1-however many players the group has) and give the corresponding player the hat.

HOW CAN YOU TRUST THIS NOT TO BE A SCAM?

Easy. If it's a scam, report me. I'll probably get my ass handed to me by TF2 or steam authorities for fraud and scam, and you'll be rid of one more con artist (probably getting your items back as well) AS A SAFEGUARD, BOTH I AND THE RECIEVER WILL ANNOUNCE THEY GOT THE HAT.

On a side note, NO FREE TO PLAY MEMBERS ALLOWED. Simply because you can't give me the scrap to enter the raffle. It's useless.
