training and skills development progress report 19, first third of july 2015

As you know we are primarily training to improve and practise our fire-and-observe exercises as well as movement under fire exercises this month

the progress is going well and people are becoming more skilled and experienced in their specific roles

we will continue in this matter without further training for the month. It is expected that members will continue to progress in these regards without the need for formal training sessions, although this may change without notice

some react-to-contact drills would be useful
