THIS COMMAND IS FOR:

When you are the last one alive on your team
Your Teammates wont shut up, so you can't hear the enemy

Put this in console

bind <key> ''toggle voice_scale 0 1''

This is a toggle key, press it once to activate, once more to deactivate.
