Sorry to hear about the problem you're having receiving your keys. Let me see if I can help!

Could you try logging out from the website, and then clicking the redeem link in your email.

If this still doesn't work, let me know and I'll speak with the support team directly for you.

Firstly, are you sure you logged out of the website before trying the email link?

It's probably best if you email support at contact@flyingbundle.com, I'll speak with them now and let them know what's happening. They should be able to assist you far better than I can.

Yes, my login had timed out from earlier, so I didn't think I was logged in, but I just tried it again using a different browser, and it worked. Thank you so much for your help!
