PS4 save files are not really transferable since they are encrypted. They can be traded with the cloud on PS Plus or with an USB Storage. I don'T think you can really use it on PC unless you use some third party tool.

If I remember right the FF7 Tifa's Bootleg took a lot of space but provided mods with it too, anyway I'm sure most people modding games already knows about modding taking a lot of space. I XCOM 2 got a bunch of beefy mods with it.

Denuvo is mostly a joke at this point.
