I would just like a mod that makes aeons' portraits transparent around the edges like the playable characters, honestly... (unless that's been done already?)

It'd be cool now to do a text update to have all the references match the current spellings in FF Localizations. (Unei, Marilith, Deathgaze, etc.)

Thanks for the info. I wasn't looking to do it myself--I don't own FFXIII on Steam and I don't ever plan on getting it since I own the PS3 version--but I thought maybe I'd suggest it if someone wanted to work with this game.

Hello everyone! So, I reading up on the FF Wiki, I found out that there are six new weapons exclusive to the PC port:

1. Lightning - Godslayer
2. Sazh - Death Penalties
3. Snow - Omnipotence
4. Vanille - Faerie Tail
5. Hope - Rising Sun
6. Fang - Longinus

But unfortunately, they're all dummied out. They can be hacked into the game, but obviously, that's not ideal.

Would it be possible to add these to one of the weapon shops after beating the game, similar to how it was able to add certain things to XIII-2 and Lightning Returns?

That's not what pluckylump is saying, SwiftSLawliet. They're saying that Square Enix remastered the sprite of Celes changed up to the wall beneath the mansion in South Figaro. And pluckylump, the reason they did that is because that sprite is used when Setzer steals Celes in the opera.

Awesome! If someone could just battle Goddess for me to be sure if fighting her doesn't break the game somehow, I would be super appreciative. I mean, since I was able to summon Siren just fine several times, I highly doubt that there are any glitches, but it would be nice to have confirmation anyway.

Sure, that's fine. I made the FEP and EXE separate b/c I thought someone would take issue with downloading both an FEP and EXE in the same package. And yes, you definitely helped! You're in the readme credits. :)

I checked all of them, and they're all based off of the Super Famicom original sprites. That's how I stumbled upon Goddess' difference in the first place; I haven't gotten anywhere near beating FFVI. I used a friend's save to check Goddess' sprite working in-game... and got +17 achievements at once as a result, whoops.

Not even Chadarnook-Girl, who was censored in the GBA port, had a design change in the remaster... which I found pretty strange. Chadarnook-Girl wasn't appropriate in 2006, but was in 2014, and Goddess wasn't appropriate in 2014, but was just fine in 2006... uh-huh...
