I did verify the files, applied console content patch and then monster pack, in that order, and it is back to CTDing. I did not try only applying the monster pack however. As a modder of various games myself, I am utterly confused what exactly would cause a CTD there to begin with.
The only thing that makes sense is that the MMP shifts memory regions just enough by adding additional data that the game freaks out when loading the poker game. Generally, the EU / US version should be identical (but I wouldn't put it past them for there to be difference) and this could be an EU exclusive issue then (Or more specifically even, german exclusive)

Funnily enough, disabling the mod, enabling it again after playing a while without it, you still own all the MMP custom monsters and so forth.

Also, the playstation button.bat looks for a file in mod/resident/gui and there is nothing in there, not even when I check the actual file folder structure on google drive via the download link. Obviously, the mod fails to install that way. Maybe just remove that .bat and the folder from the package to avoid confusion.

It's not an EU problem anyway, I'm an Irish player and had no crashes with this game outside of Augusta tower, maybe it is a German only issue but I don't think this game has any regional differences to begin with.

Í just thought I would let you know that the monster pack actually causes the poker game in Sazh's DLC to CTD
I tested it with vanilla, fine
Console content, fine
Monster pack, CTD, in both languages
So something isn't working right there

Not able to reproduce it on my end, and this is the first I've heard of it.. Buuuut if there's anything I've learned with this series, anything is possible. Scarlet is planning to give it a test later herself and see if she can reproduce the crash, if we do I'll see about a fix.

I never had a problem with the Sazh DLC when I played with the monster mod.

I think 1 or 3 are the most likely to happen.

Oh sweet, I've been holding off playing for this.
