Hi, sorry for the noob question, and i am really really new to this.

But what exactly is this "reshade"?

It's a program which is used on Windows to put an 'overlay' on top of the game screen. You can do lots of things with it, like add scanlines, change the shape of the screen, add effects and stuff. It is a little tedious to install/uninstall, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty interesting all the different things you can do with it.

Basically, you install it in the same folder that your game is stored in, using the installer program, and you choose which 'shaders' you want during install, or you can also put them into the 'reshade-shaders' folder, afterwards.

You start the game, then press "Home" on your keyboard, and it calls up the menu. If you uncheck 'Performance Mode' at the lower-right, you can edit the settings. You can also edit the settings by opening the shader files with Notepad, but this is the difficult way to do it.
