Intersectional Feminism FTW

A group for feminist gamers to gather, discuss and game together. Gamers of all genders are welcome!

Our goals:

To create an *intersectional* space for feminist gamers on Steam, where they will be free of the usual sexism, racism, cissexism, heterosexism, sizeism, ablism etc that goes on in gamer communities.

To create a space filled with people who are committed to changing the gamer community and the gaming industry from the inside-out, to be critical of videogames, to call out problematic content, and in particular to support women and LGBTQ+ gamers who have to deal with a disproportiate amount of oppression and abuse from the regular gaming community.

To kick ass and take names.


Basic code of conduct:
- We value a cooperative, compassionate and friendly space. No flame wars. Not even on some jerk who needs to check their privilege.
- No slurs. No '♥♥♥♥♥', no 'that's so gay', no 'laaaaame'.
- No rape jokes.
- No 'but what about the menz' and 'why not straight pride' and 'why no white history month' and similar nonsense.
- No sexism, racism, ablism, sizeism, cissexism or heterosexism.
- No derailing.
