GOG is good but so is Zoom-Platform. https://www.zoom-platform.com/

Has anyone on the group checked on the updated [list] (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/The_big_list_of_DRM-free_games_on_Steam) of drm-free games on Steam? One of the newer entries is Jedi Fallen Order (I'm not kidding).

Isn't it kind of ironic to have an anti-DRM group on a platform for PC's biggest DRM distributor or is that the joke? Hehe. :battler: :cocochan2:

Don't get me wrong, I hate DRM cancer, Steam included. :nekoheart:

I wish controller input were DRM free on Steam. Tired of having to crack Steam games to not use Steam Input
b9thirty99 26 Jun, 2019 @ 1:02pm
I hope you are correct, since we have put effort in finding each game.
lukaself 26 Jun, 2019 @ 12:48pm
Well, the review limit used to be 500 but has been quietly lifted when a number of high profile curators started hitting it a lot in 2018. I guess with the growth rate of Steam's catalog, that 1K limit will be lifted too at some point. :happyotus:
b9thirty99 26 Jun, 2019 @ 12:26pm
Good to have you here man ;) I followed your curation!
b9thirty99 26 Jun, 2019 @ 11:37am
Wow, I didn't know that. We will probably delete some reviews with less influence to get some rooms. I have the Google analytics attached to the curation.
Thanks for telling us dude

You are right my friend!

@MehKind: They put it in their software simply because corporate suits fall for the ad campaign from peaople like Denuvo. It's modern digital snake oil, and there's a sucker born every minute.
b9thirty99 9 Sep, 2018 @ 5:12pm
One thing I don't get: If something which costs money, hurts performance of your product which you frankly worked on 3-5 years refining, and then it doesn't do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ combating piracy (in some ways it forces few to do just opposite), why the hell you want to put that in your software? Then that too, for only couple of weeks. Only genius publishers can come up with this idea.
lando 9 Sep, 2018 @ 2:30pm
I'm pretty sure it will have Denuvo at launch and patch it out like they did with the last Doom game

Right there with ya Doomie™ 🙏

Amen!
Sir Tontonolous 5 Sep, 2018 @ 3:10pm
Alright, fellers, join me in praying that Doom Eternal doesn't have denuvo.
b9thirty99 27 Aug, 2018 @ 4:50pm
Never heard of it, so I checked it out. This looks nice. I hope 2nd one is as good as first one.
Белослав 27 Aug, 2018 @ 4:32pm
@MehKind, it is in my profile.
That game was Pathologic (in CIS/Russia known as "Мор. Утопия").

Also there is a new launch of that game soon. Pathologic 2 comming soon. Probably at the end of 2018.
Pathologic 2 is basically the same Pathologic but on the new beautifull engine with developed story and gameplay.

Thank you boss, please spread our message. In my opinion Steam has to stay. They have grown too big because of us. What we need is more saturated digital market, where both DRM and DRM-free options are popular so even an indie or a big AAA game can get it's release on both type of market. Because face it, there are people who either support both end, or just one end. What we want: everything which gets release on here, it needs a version that is DRM free. Therefore we just need to make GOG big enough that it stakes at same level as Steam or at least come close to it.

Sub'd to this channel. Stream needs to go DRM free and show loyalty, respect, and trust to their customers.
b9thirty99 26 Aug, 2018 @ 9:41am
Very nice man. I will sub your channel

Hey all, I made a mini-podcast on my YouTube channel to help promote FCKDRM. Let's get the message out there! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-krvgqOQOA
b9thirty99 25 Aug, 2018 @ 8:08pm
@Белослав A very nice attitude. We all have, escpecially us 90's generation, have pirated 'stuff' then something made us tick and we take right track. Totally understandable, I've been in your shoes too. May i know which game was that, if you feel like sharing?
Белослав 25 Aug, 2018 @ 6:21pm
I also have a DRM-mind-liberation experience of some kind.
Once upon a time I noticed a pirate version of one strange game. Downloaded it, played it... and it touched me so deep that this game became one of my all time favorite. After days of playing it I buyed 2 licensed copies of it and donated money to developers directly — to show my gratitude.
So that the developer got more money after all, than if I had bought just one licensed copy from the beginning.
