Hello all, so for those of you that have stayed with us after the unfortunate server wipe, we thank you for your continued support.

We'd just like to say how happy we are with the new server and the improvements already with the reduction in things like morning lag and loading times, general stability and some new server perks that we couldn't do before.


We had some feedback from some groups on the server who thought that we didn't do enough GM events. The GM group was responsible for the GM events and we only had 2 GMs that were active enough to try and do this as much as possible which was greatly limiting our productivity and interaction with as many groups as possible.

I myself am looking to find some indepth storylines used in Dungeons and Dragons roleplays that can allowe everyone to get into an indepth storyline that will result in both great RP and player vs player interaction on a large scale. The GMs always do these events with the player's interests and enjoyment as the goal, but remember that the GMs will make decisions based around how the players roleplay, bad player decisions may cost them their life, good player decisions may save their life or earn them rewards, who knows?

So with that being said we will be looking to open up applications for an events team. This would require people who are very active, and very eager to be involved in producing good quality RP for other players. Do not think this is an excuse to get some wild PVP action. The events team will require people to be able to listen to and follow orders clearly as intended to ensure the best user experience.

We also want to hear from the community on their feedback in more depth, If you did experience GM events were they enjoyable? What storylines would you want to see? If your experience was negative, we'd like to hear why and improve on that.

Unfortunately after trying to import the database from Bluefang twice we had to go with a clean slate. This means that the worst possible outcome was the only way to proceed and as such we have gone ahead and wiped the server in order to move to a better machine dedicated to only our gameserver. Hello everyone, as you have seen lately our server has been having bad issues with lag. Some have said the tree script has been corrupting the server but we have no way of ensuring that is the case. Some people think that the host we are with cannot handle the 50+ load on the server. The truth is we have no way to check this for sure.

What I am going to be doing is buying a brand new dedicated server to host our server on, we will be moving the database over today and seeing if we can migrate our database and keep everything as it is, then we will have to see if there will still be lag issues or not.

If that fixes the problems then fantastic we can go on as usual, there is a chance that the tree script has corrupted the database, then the only option is to wipe the server. We will still be moving to a dedicated server, which means that there will be a whole lot less lag, morning lag included.

If we do require a wipe to continue we will be doing so but no one's bases will be refunded, we will have donation packages available for those who wish to support the server and wish to get a small bit back to make life a tiny bit easier, but aside from that it will be a fresh start for all.

The admins do not want to wipe, on the contrary we have been trying very hard to search for solutions in order to make sure our community will not lose their hard work and effort. As mentioned above we will be spending $100 on a new dedicated server to try and get around the issues we are having but cannot promise anything.

I ask you all to have some patience with us in the next few days and we hope that a wipe although will be disappointing, will not cause you to leave behind a community that each of you helped build.

The GMs will be around a lot more to ensure people are informed and secure, but we cannot promise there will never be bumps in the road ahead.

We've made some changes and so far none of us have experienced any of the crippling lag that was happening. This means that unless other issues crop up a wipe will not be necessary. If you experience any please leave a comment below to explain the time it occured and what happened.
