Well in Tabletop Dreadnoughts can still move at the same speed as infantry but can't run so they should have no sprint, same with Terminators. (Slow and Purposeful, but accurate and dead'ard)
It would make sense if tyranids have infinite sprint (bigger nids are slower and maybe limited, the zoan would have no sprint but it already has hover) but i think there should be a limit for space marines. But do make it a quite lengthy sprint.
I think 2 different meltas or a weapon switch that maybe the shotgun uses more ammo, it'd be useful for when you're facing more than one genestealer/small nid

Take a look at other FPS games. They immerse you with camera shake, sounds and other first-person effects.

When I play as a space marine i just feel like i'm any guy with a bolter. It feels too sluggish, correct for maybe a terminator but marines aren't that slow. It realy could be just me personally but yeah idk it just feels iffy. As a Marine in Relic's "Space Marine" you get that feeling even in first person. Powerful, but still kind of slow you know what i mean?

The bolter weapons need a re-imagine aswell As a long time 40k fan, i can tell you that the bolter just isn't right.
It has too much recoil, the fire rate isn't high enough it needs to be increased just a bit (Dawn of War II had it about right) and a bit less smoke/explosion.

Relic's 40k games seem to be spot on with these things. A thing i'd like to be tested is a shotgun mode on the melta as seen in Space Marine.

Another thing i'd like to point out is that the scale of vehicles in the tabletop game and DOW is way off, they need to be bigger as they're scaled down for the miniatures so they're not too big.

Also, I think if i continue with the Space Hulk map at some point i'll be starting from scratch as i haven't been doing much map work and when i have been i've learnt a bit more since then.

Post anything you guys think needs to be adjusted in here too.

A rabbit type game mode would be fun perhaps where the rabbit is Cypher or a genestealer or something

Fluff wise the veteran thing isn't a good idea because plasma pistols always replace bolt pistols and never do Space Marines dual wield pistols. Cypher is a special case because he is a Fallen.

You know what would be (alot of work) but REALLY cool? Custom player armor colors like Space Marine. Sure, it'd knock the feel of being a chapter out a little bit but yeah. Same could go for the Tyranids.

As for the Space Hulk map, personal problems and lack of motivation have kept me from finishing it, the main body of the map is done but i need more props too.

Shant be too hard, its just a case of adding more spawn locations (EZ) and maybe widening the spawn a lil bit

Marines drop their weapons on death, exept terminators? Example, if you picked up a melta it would replace your Bolter, if you picked up a vet combo it would replace all your weapons. Jump packs wouldn't be able to be picked up. However they only drop once, after a second user dies with them they are gone and dropped weapons dissappear after 5-10 seconds?

Customizable classes, e.g different armor as bodygroups on the player mdls? MK6 Corvus, mk 4, relic armor etc. Perhaps they would needed to be unlocked?

A no helmet option that again everyone else sees

Player skins e.g you choose a chapter under options, everyone sees you as this chapter and you see others as their selected chapter. Perhaps game models could just stay as Ultramarine.

Less shininess on Marine playermodels.
Drivable vehicles. E.g a rhino that marine players can hop into, fire the storm bolter from the roof.
Imperial Guard NPCS (the models already exist, just need to do ai/rig the model)

A map where your team drops from a drop-pod

More voicelines/ playable voicelines (like tf2)
Less recoil on the bolter and automatic firing mode.
Assault Cannon/Heavy Flamer option for Terminators
(Even maybe a Cyclone Missile Launcher for needed situations.)
A nicer Chainsword sound.
Lascannon for Devistator
Plasma Cannon for Devistator
Controllable Turantula Turrets
Stalker Bolter for Tactical/ special

Now, i know i've asked about this before. But a Marine vs Chaos Space Marine gamemode would make me so happy. I know it's a lot of work with weapons balance, and the like. But not everyone likes playing Xenos.

A space hulk mode. your team of Terminators exit a thunderhawk into a Space Hulk with objectives, and the Genestealer team try to stop you. No respawns for marine players?

Just suggestions/ideas.
