The best thing to do is record footage of them (ideally from their perspective) and submit it as a demo with your report on the source bans page (easiest way to access it is to type “!report” in-game).

If it is desperate and you need an admin to come on then try one of these:
Check everyonesabanana.eu/sb to see if an admin is online on a server and contact them - the fastest way to get a response if someone is online
Commenting on the group - most, if not all, admins are subscribed and will get a steam notification.
Comment on my profile - if im at my computer i will get a steam notification (i say mine because i’m unsure if the other admins would appreciate me mentioning theirs).
Send an email to eabservers@gmail.com - i check the email less frequently than steam but it’s still a way to contact me.

Either way i would still report them with a demo so that if noone is abailable at the time then something can still be done about it - the reports are checked very frequently
