I've taken another look and done the following:
Apostrophes no longer matter
Ex: Stayin' alive will work with
bind key "playtaunt Stayin alive"
or
bind key "playtaunt Stayin' alive"
or
bind key "playtaunt 'Stayin' alive'"

You no longer need to be case sensitive
Ex: Let it go will work with
bind key "playtaunt LeT iT gO"

Spaces are no longer needed
Ex: It's my life will work with
bind key "playtaunt Itsmylife"

All of these combined means you can be ridiculous and use something like:
bind key "playtaunt 'ItSmyLiFe'"

All other punctuation/numbers must be kept in (It was a problem with how apostrophes were handled which caused the issue, which is why we can be flexible with it)

I tried with a few others I could find which used punctuation or special characters and they worked - if anything else comes up I'll need the taunt name to be able to diagnose the issue.
