(1) - No griefing: No spawn killing players who are in Respawn Pods unless they attack you or your grids.

(2) - PVP: PVP is allowed, with near freedom, with exceptions:
1. You may not destroy a factions HQ entirely. You must leave it with power, med bay/survival kit, cryo pods, refinery, and assembler. So long as those blocks are left alone, you may raid the rest of the base.
2. Once you have raided a faction, you must leave their base or grids alone for 24 hours, to give them appropriate time to rebuild.
3. All other PVP is a free-for-all, you may attack any player you find in the world, however, for major faction/ship battles, we would ask that you contact an admin to use the Arena World to do so.

(3) - Do not spam spawn pods, we will likely have adjusted the timers on the spawn pods, but for the sake of saying it, please do not over abuse this function, we admins do not like having to clean up all the pods people leave in the world.

(4) - Name your grids/Change the names. This applies to all player/faction grids, including but not limited to Respawn Pods. If you intend to continue using your pod after you spawn in with it, please rename it with your name or faction.

(5) - The act of ramming shields, grids, bases is forbidden as a means of attack. If its accidental or unintended, that is ok, but using your ships as torpedoes will be considered a violation.

(6) - Small projectors are available, however large grid projectors are rendered unbuildable and if found in the world, will not be replaceable as they currently require zone chips, and will yield scrap when ground down. If you are found to be in possession of a large grid projector and using it without admin permission, it will be removed, and you may be subject to either a grid removal, temp ban/kick, or permanent ban.
1. Each admin may handle allowed projections individually, some may take the projector when they have to go AFK or leave the server, or they may monitor your owned grids to ensure you are not misusing the projector.

(7) - Pertaining to block, grid, and PCU counts, there will be agreed on limits, however, a general set of rules to follow are:
1. If it causes lag in other worlds, do not print it.
2. If it uses ALL conveyor junctions for your conveyor system, its probably best to strip it pre printing in the server.
3. Do not spam guns. We all love Dakka, but layering your entire ship in turrets is sure to cause lag and we will take action against any such grids.
4. Be aware of your grids block counts, if its getting high, perhaps consider altering your design or choosing another design entirely.

(8) - NPC’s: We will be running Orks and Reavers. There is a mod running that helps you take over NPC ships. To capture one, you must remove or hack all control seats, passenger seats and cryo pods do not count, and you must hack or remove the remote control block. After that, the grid will begin transferring to you 1 block every 2 seconds until you fully own the grid. This mod also applies to player owned grids and can be used in PVP, however if the opposing faction/player recaptures their control seats and remote control, providing those are still available, or if they place a new one, the grid will begin returning to their ownership.

(9) - You will be expected to respond in game chat or in Discord if an admin contacts you. If you do not respond within 5 minutes, a warning will be given, if no response is given after 10 minutes following the warning, you will be removed from the game until you respond. If 24 hours go by without a response, you will be banned from the game, Steam Group, and Discord channel. This rule pertains to any in-game or Discord rule violations or issues that pop up. If you are seen online in the game or on Discord and contact attempts are ignored, the above actions will be carried out. Bans can be appealed on the Epic Fail forums, you may explain your reason for not responding, and explain the actions leading to the ban. You may also attempt to contact an admin of the channel in Discord or Steam if you wish to appeal there as well.

(10) - As a general rule regarding scripts or the usage of production blocks in large numbers. Please ensure that the script you are going to use is not going to cause lag, if it does, we’ll remove it, and repeated violations may result in scripting rights removed for ALL players with exceptions of people who are given scripter roles. For production blocks, please keep assembler, refinery, and any other block that produces resources to a reasonable number. If you build a 20 refinery and 20 assembler setup, we’ll probably make you reduce the count to half the number. Production blocks can cause lag when used in large numbers.

(11) - If you have an issue with a player, admin, the game, or something posted in chat/Discord, please post a report in the Reports Channel and we will address it when possible. If your issue is with a player and an admin is active in Discord or Game, please reach out to them. However, if your issue is with an admin, use the report channel so that the other admins can attend to the issue separately. If you have an issue with the game that involves performance, or generally do not like the gameplay, please do not pester us about it. We know about performance problems and gameplay is not changing.

(12) - Final Rule: If you have the intention to break any of the rules above upon joining this channel and server, please be advised, we admins will not tolerate BS any longer than necessary. We can easily determine if your actions are that of a troll, a new player, or a veteran seeking to cause problems. We’ve already experienced all 3 of these types of players. New players should be seeking to learn the game in a non PVP environment, aka Single Player Vanilla, or perhaps seek out a PVE server. We will not listen to complaints about NPC’s or other players attacking you if you do not have the experience or know how to deal with them. As for trolls or troublemakers, we will ban you without hesitation if your actions or words make it clear you do not intend to take gameplay seriously.

(13) - If the problem is Oni, be advised, most people will tell you to deal with it. He’s generally not a destructive player, but if he gets bored, expect some pants ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moments when he strafes your base.

(14) - Lastly, if you didn’t make it to this point the first time and ask about any of the rules after joining the server, we’ll redirect you right back here, if you still did not reach this point (we will know) then it’ll be assumed that you refuse to follow or learn our rules and you will be subsequently dealt with.

To the Space Engineers players, this is an important announcement, you'll wanna read this before you voice your complaints and displeasure.

1. We are going to be taking down the server as of right now, Kenti will be moving the world and all the files to his server through GTXGaming and you will be able to join the server there until we get a new world/settings/rules/plugins/and mods set up on Chuncks server.

2. We will be switching to a "join Discord, apply to Steam Group" way of getting into the SE server, this will stop random players from joining and provide us with a 2 step authentication process before someone gains access to our world.

3. There will be new Discord channels (as in faction chats, rules pages, player and admin commands page, etc)

4. We'll be implementing new rules, new settings, and new plugins that will fix some issues, help us admins, and prevent certain problems from occurring.

5. There will be no more Vanilla Encounters, it'll just be Orks and Reavers, subject to change.

6. Once the new mod list goes live, we've agreed that it will not change with rare exceptions, such as the BSG Turrets mod @Kreeg is making. You have until Sunday to provide any further mods for consideration, after that, we'll be wiping that list and mostly ignoring any new suggestions.

7. There will be a second server world, empty, where players and or factions can dual it out. This will prevent the primary world from lagging out. It will be 50km in size, completely empty, will wipe after every restart, and intended to only be used for battles.
