Clip exploit?
After connecting to a random server i found a few people clipping through walls and skyboxes, i found this hilarious and so i spectated Mr Fico.7, and saw that this "clip" seemed to involve the engy exclusively, and what they would do is pull out the construction pda and select teleporter exit, then they would walk up to a wall, and would seem to lag out a bit, and a few seconds later, they would teleport forward a few meters through the wall and the tele would be placed.

I thought it was caused by hud_reloadscheme, lag switching, and moving your window around in like in the old bonk glitch. None of this worked, and so i asked them. They were vague and said it works anywhere and proceeded to link me their youtube channel, i watched their vids, laughed alot, and ended up here.

Does anyone have any inclination as to how this is done?
