I search a little exploit on mvm. when I played on mvm bigrock, I sapped a robo soldier. when i stabbed that soldier (my loadout you enternal reward, dead ringer, diamond snake) he didn`t die, but i get crit on diamond snake. I think if you do this many times you will get all 35 crits.
