2 ways to boost performance until capcom does their ♥♥♥♥:

1.Task manager -> details panel -> set DD2 as high priority
2.Nvidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> find or add DD2 -> Shader Cache Size -> change to Unlimited
