1)Start a new discussion. Look at the example to how to do it.
2)Create an event (its open for all members) Dont forget to post time of the event.
3)Wait for people to add you
4)Use group chat to reach people when we are big enough

-----If you looking for a team or just seen an event-----
1)Look at discussions in order to find who created the event.
2)Add them.
