Deposit, withdrawal and purchase are all restarted with new Steam escrow system supported. Note that the bots are set up to bypass escrow, which means you need to have both mobile authenticator and trade confirmation enabled. When you give items to the bots (like credit deposit, donation), you need to confirm every one of those trades on your mobile app, or your trades will be automatically declined after some time.

Everything else is just like the old days.

Withdrawal has been re-enabled. You can withdraw both tradable and untradable Steam gifts. They will be sent to you via gifting.

Purchase and other kind of service should be back on Friday (Dec.18).

Dispenser.tf restart is officially pushed until next week, as the way escrow has been designed is somewhat more complicated than we first expected.

At first we thought there won't be trade hold if the side losing items have mobile authenticator enabled. But it turns out to be that every trades also require a manual confirmation in order to lift the item hold.

We have only fully prepared about mobile authenticator login but not the part about trade confirmation. We have already found out the technical solution, but we will need time to re-enabled all bot account's mobile authenticator (in order to obtain the secret key needed to perform this confirmation) and enable trade confirmation on all accounts. All this would mean that there will be a 7-days lock before the accounts can trade.

It is unfortunate that it is going to be taking longer than what we have estimated, but we have now plenty of time to test the escrow system which should ensure a smooth launch next week.

On the other hand, everyone of you should enable mobile authenticator as soon as possible if you have not already. It will be required if you deposit keys or purchase gifts (when you pay items) or else there will be trade hold. In order to ensure our bots work swiftly we will not trade with users that require trade hold.

Sorry for the delay, here is the update on our current status:

Since we found out there are missing records of key credit deposit and withdraw in the database backup, we have been reconsturcting the history from the Steam inventory history. However we found that some numbers just do not add up so we have performed a more complete audit for certain users which took longer time than we expected.

Audit result:

If you have ever traded key credit during 11/6-14/6, you should notice in your key ledger that there is a modified value. That is the net key deposit you have made during the period we have lost record of (the part that we have reconstructed). Some of you may also notice some small adjustment that represents certain "lost records".

We also believe that when we first made the market update, there was a bug in the auto key credit convert process that the vault may send an user more keys than it is supposed to when the key credit limit is reached. So after the audit, some user's credit has become negative and it is normal. But we do not know whether this negative value is solely resulted by this bug or if there is any other missing transaction record that is causing it. So if you believe that some of your sales during 11/6-14/6 are missing on your key credit ledger, feel free to report it once we restart the site.

Site restart:

*Site is restart into "testing period". Note that trading will be disabled during the time of open. There will be at least a few hours for you to report errors and re-enable 2FA. Also we have some unfinished work (for instance we have yet to make a database backup of the current settings). If there is no serious problems that force us to take down the site again trading should be resumed in 24 hours.
