Welcome Deloitte baby!

Hi guys! Welcome from Poland. I used to play steam games a lot and I am back after over a year. I am trying to open steam app from Deloitte computer, but I get an error message (0xc0000022). Online instructions suggest enabling DirectPlay, but it is already enabled. Have you encountered the same problem? I appreciate any help :)
