Discussions: the principal people wich want to do discussions are the admin and the moderators, we'll do tests and votes! (for ex: who is the best medic of the year? and you can answer with your own feel\answer!)

Events: when the admin\ the moderators are in a server.

Ask: to people for mixs or other comp stuff \ to more people better than you thing, tricks, exc (like to the admin or to the moderators or to someone of expert)

Become moderator: Do a test with the admin, and him will choose if you can be moderator or not.

Lobbies: The admin and the other moderators will sometimes link some lobbies just for you with events! Then, everyone can join!

Mix\doublemix: admin or other moderators can create a discussion in the group and can ask if someone want to do mixes or doublemixs;

You can also ask in the comments if someone want to do:

..or you can also invite someone to join in your fun\public server!

other stuff: the principal admin totally hate tf2pickup, so don't link lobbies to him, just do it in the group, not to him.

so you can ask to him to do competitive stuff in tf2!

Admin also like dodgeball! So, you can ask to him for a match!
