line formation vertical

this line formation is what you would expet, this is mostly used in convoys and escort missions

line formation horizontal

this is a horizontal line and is used for firing lines amoung other things.

triangle hollow

this is an arrow with the members spread out amoung the lines. not filling in the center. will usually be used for travling fighter jets

triangle filled

this is the triangle gollow only the center has jets in it as well

box

is just a box of fighters or helicopters. is the safest formation for escourt missions in the air or on water

break formation is the command that an officer will give when coming up on a target it will usually be

"all fighters break formation"
for the whole formation to spread out

edge (inset number)

this is used for a hollow triangle formation and tells how many fighters on the end of both sides come out, for exsample if the officer said "edge 2" 2 fighters from each end would come off making four fighters to attack

(player name(s)) break formation

makes specific fighters break from the formation for a number of reasons

will48 has spent months trying to make all of the training protocals for the Dawn academy, he offers everything ecept for tank and advanced fighter training. under no circumstances do you try to tell will48 how to run the academy unless you are slobbyde.
