I was thinking of a interesting idea for a sapper replacement and I want to hear what others think about it.

Instead of being a normal sapper being applied to enemy buildings, this weapon would be applied to your own teammates. By using it on one of them it would drain any remaining cloak and make them invisible for a time relative to how much cloak you had, (i.e. 100%=8 Second, 50%=4 Seconds, and anything inbetween) and they would stay invisible until the cloak runs out or if they fire their weapons. Dead Ringer and C&D don't give special effects, just normal invisibility. The classes still use their base speed while invis and can be seen through cloak shimmer or afterburn/bleed/jarate/ect. and cannot be healed by Medics while cloaked.

Downsides would include -33% cloak regen rate on the spy, -20% cloak gained from metal, and it can not sap enemy buildings.
