So... big update. Rip in piece Fat Scout, you will be missed you one fast bastard. Luckily I have a replacement idea for it.
Fat Scout 2.0(or something like that idk)

Instead of making you as fast as Scout right away, you have to work your way to get that speed. You can still use your minigun, but you won't be as fast as Scout, because having a minigun with 133% speed is absurdly OP(watch Funke's video titled "Heavy Weapons Scout" for prove). I think the penalty is fair since you'll be dodging bullets with that speed(that's not true but ye get it). And it's +40% speed compared to heavy, not normal speed(so the highest he would have is 107% speed). All feedback would be appreciated.

I think the no airblast should be removed and replaced with a move speed penalty. Any weapon that downgrades the airblast(Phlog, Backburner) are taken by the community as w+m1 weapons. And i think the move speed penalty is fair since you'll be flying most of the time. Hope it helps.

I know this sounds like a crazy idea but what about:

on backstab: target will bleed for 50 seconds after 5 seconds but you don't lose mobility
It's enough to kill a full health Heavy. And you do get notified when you get a backstab from an infection, it's on the bottom screen and you can still hear the stabbing sound.
