Increases healed target max health by 2% each second while healing him, this stacks up to 100%, and dissapears if stop healing (acts life dalakohis bar, if you are 350 life when the effect ends, you will have some overheal, this happens when you stop healing)
50% slower overheal decay
+100% Uber duration
Cons:
-50% Heal rate on non-overhealed players
-50 max health on wearer

Uber: Increases max life of nearby players by 200% until uber ends(this stacks with the patient), and gives amputator effect to you.

Actually I had the Idea in mind that you can increase even more your overheal, but this would be used more for support rather than for healing, and this affects you as well, negatively.
Used best for players wich want a slow but effective strategy.

What's the point of having your primary blocked when burning if you have no primaries in the first place?
