50% slower overheal decay
+100% Uber duration
Cons:
-50% Heal rate on non-overhealed players
-50 max health on wearer

Uber: Increases max life of nearby players by 200% until uber ends(this stacks with the patient), and gives amputator effect to you.

Actually I had the Idea in mind that you can increase even more your overheal, but this would be used more for support rather than for healing, and this affects you as well, negatively.
Used best for players wich want a slow but effective strategy.

We might need a new attribut, who would reduce afterburn duration on yourself
Or maybe extinguish yourself after 1 second
That would make something like

Rain Suit,

(+) 90% less afterburn duration on yourself
(+) 50% less damage from fire
(+) remove debuff on cloak use
(+) gain speedboost while ignited (nerfed by less duration)
(-) when on fire, primary is blocked (razorback effect or reduce attack rate)
(-) no primary

What's the point of having your primary blocked when burning if you have no primaries in the first place?
