Whenever i try to join, after a while i crash and i get the "Out of memory or address space. Texture qality settings may be too high" error. I have the lowest texture settings and medium model settings. What is the problem?

thats a pc problem i think. Not enough ram or memory on your pc?

^Crafting have you heard of EFFECTIVE hp?
It means even though you only have 300 hp, the resistance makes it so it would take more hp amount than you actually have, so it becomes effective hp.

So 1. The sentry jumper isnt listed in the weapons list, so i dont have its exact stats but from what i've seen its pretty bad.
You cant primary attack and take no fall damage?

It's a training weapon if anything. It's not supposed to be viable, just as practice.

at that point it should just be removed for an actually viable weapon.
