Engineer's main counters usually Demoman and Spy, and giving him 175 health allows him to survive more revolver shots and sticky spamming, so it IS a pretty big denial of your main counters...

Not to mention there's NO downsides using it and it's a direct upgrade of the stock PDA.

I'll be fine actually at any nerf at this point, just please nerf from 50 extra health to 25.

wait if its a straight upgrade does that mean its good on defense? no, because on defense you need to be able to high tail it out of there with your (hopefully) lvl 3 dispenser so you can get your sentry up in a reliable time.
You cant do that with this. Its a offensive pda thats unreliable on defense. Not being able to move buildings is a bigger deal than you would think. Edit: it also makes it difficult to keep up a lvl 3 dispenser up on an pushing payload map.

I mean if the nerf was added that's what the drawback would be. At its current state the "battle Engineer" that it's trying to enforce is just a complete and total crutch. Like a DDS for Engis.

It's called the Brawn Over Brains PDA, so no shit that it should make his buildings weaker. A slower building speed doesn't make the Engi completely useless, it just forces him to be a bit more smart and defensive if he wants his buildings up.

Also +50 health is really a lot. You can survive a headshot, two rockets from mid range, and a whole lot of other damage with 175 health. The Engineer isn't meant to tank that much damage for a reason, because his sentry does most of the fighting for him. I always hear this argument that Engineers with 175 health and a full sentry isn't that much, but if you have a really smart Engineer with good building placement, and good aim, he can do a lot of shit. It doesn't just affect Gunslinger Engis, this transcends all wrenches.

Not if you actually have good Shotgun aim and a mini sentry assisting you. A building health penalty alone wouldn't help really considering Mini Sentries are disposable anyway. With a building speed penalty, it's harder to set up buildings and requires you to rely less on your buildings when you need them and more your own skill. A building health penalty in conjunction with the slower build speed would work, but either way, +50 health is insane as shit.

Balance for the bulldog.
Remove the life steal, decrease it to -15 hp.
Make it so every kill gives you +25 hp.
I dont know what the max would be.

I highly doubt they would do this.
They need all the players they can get and im pretty sure if an epileptic player got a epileptic attack or somethin from a custom map they probably wouldnt come bad.

I went back and looked at medispenser, i think it could be brought back rebalanced better(dont know why it was removed in the first place)
+25% ubercharge rate
+20% ubercharge duration
healing restores 2% of their ammo every second
-20% overheal amount
-10% overheal RATE (how fast it applies)
ubercharge doubles clip size, instantly refills clip and increases firing speed(EDIT, i looked at medispenser comparison, the firing speed, oh god it would need to be toned down ALOT)

scout drink
+25% resistance
+10 hp
-10% move speed
Model: i saw the old tiki tonic looked like a can of spinach or somethin (look at the old demonstration vid), that might be good/
