This is the possible rework for the "immobile sentry"...

(+) Immunity from all debuffs while spun up
(+) While spun up: Damage resistance increases whenever the user takes each type of damage, up to +50%
(-) Damage resistance is reset upon undeploying
(-) While spun up: Damage vulnerability is increased every second, up to 50% in 30 seconds
(-) While spun up: -75% health from packs and healers

So every 30 seconds the Heavy would have to undeploy to reset the Damage resistance and Damage vulnerability back to 0. Also, we will be removing the knockback resistance due to certain weapons bypassing the resistance.
That's a very poor balancing, arguably even more broken than the current one.

The main issue with the Immobile Sentry is that it provides the heavy with double the equivalent HP (eHP) at the cost of no mobility and a rev up time, which all can be negated with a proper choke point cover, a Medic or a cart to eliminate the problem of no movement and basically double the eHP healed. No overheal is a non-downside, you gain more eHP than max overheal, and can still be healed back up with no penalty, basically making medigun twice as effective within your HP pool.

Assuming that rework is only detailing the stats changed rather than all the stats, it would become far too powerful, making the Heavy 600eHP at a time to mow down any class and continue on his way, effectively negating debuffs and general damage at a whim while still being a valid damage source AND have less punishment for moving up repeatedly.

Plus the healing downside is at worst a neutral stat, as it only provides 50% eHP healing that can help uber, and still be resolved by unreving for healing, reving back up for combat. And what Heavy would stay revved for 30 seconds straight!?
