Q: I have this cool idea for a new weapon or change to an existing one!
A: Great! Head over to our discord server, link in the Overview tab, or post it in one of the relevant pinned discussions here! Please do not make a new discussion about it.

Q: Help! My weapons are errors, or all the textures are purple!
A: You must head to your game settings, open the multiplayer tab, and in the bottom right, set the dropdown to "Allow all custom files from server." Then close and restart your game.

Q: Will there be more servers in X region or Y gamemode?
A: Only if we receive additional funding to support them via cash donations. We are currently only running 1 US server as that is all we can afford.

Quite plainly, our team has collectively come to a decision that your continued presence attracts more people that share your problematic views, ones that are very unfitting for our server atmosphere. We could potentially look at recourse in the far future, but we feel that you would have a better community experience in other servers for the time being, until we potentially make that decision.

Armored CORE changes

(-) Movespeed bonus removed
(+) Altfire to rapidly dash 175 Hammer units in 0.2 seconds in the horizontal direction the player is currently moving, 2 charges. If one Dash is currently recharging, 2.75 second cooldown, if 2 dashes, 5 seconds for both

Banner Equipped:
(+) Banner drop upon death now works at any % for half the charged duration and distance

Shotgun/Bison Equipped
(-) Firerate bonus decreased from 25% to 15%

Manntreads/Base Jumper:
(-) Firerate bonus reduced from 30% to 20%

Base Jumper Equipped:
(+) While deployed, user is immune to gravity
(+) Dash can now move vertically
(-) Firerate bonus removed

Gunboats Equipped
(+) 50% Dash cooldown reductions
(-) Firerate bonus removed


# specifics for dash not concrete. It's a bit long winded, but that be how it be with the Armored CORE

How about it DOES deal crits on backstab, it just does no crit damage and no sound. Because it DOES notify the player has been hurt.

Is that a good alternative or no?

No, what i am saying is that CURRENTLY it does not. I am not suggesting a change, i am stating what it currently is

The receiver of the backstab does not hear the critical hit. I know this for a fact.

That's only for YER. Any other backstabbing weapon you can hear the crit.

(Spycicle technically counts too, but there IS a sound. It's just that the crit sound is replaced with the freezing sound.)

Nerf the Inside jab ?
This is a straight nerf of the stock knife with some particle added for the sake of michael bay

It's weak
give it moar bonus
Make the malus feel less painfull
(That doesnt mean remove them)

The weapon is already being considered op as players confuse overpowered with annoying. The lack of cloak is an intended nerf. The enemy does not hear the backstab anyways

I don't want to use the weapon as most do, most just stab and spam right click until they die, you might as well as use stock if you're gonna use it like that

One person wanting to use a weapon a certain way that the majority do not use it for will not cause it be changed, and directly buffing it just so you can change the playstyle will never work. A rework would be required to change it to be most effective at that. Decides, it rewards you for not getting caught without having cloak long enough for the enemy to group with one of his mates. It also works on already grouped enemies such as a player with a pocket or a payload with many players on it, as they are usually focusing on maintaining the forward push and breaking through the defenses.
