too many players is better than no players

The sound from survival gear is really, really annoying. Could it be made quieter ?

50% less damage for 3 rockets means that it does just 50% more damage than a normal rocket launcher. And it has a slower reload speed and it has less ammo. The damage penalty is stupid in a weapon like this. Its like having a firing speed penalty in beggars bazooka.
And the projectile speed penalty is too big it should be lower. The ammo carried and clip size penalties should also be bigger.

(+) 25% bonus clip size
(-) This weapon deploys 100% slower
(-) 50% less buff duration (5 seconds)

A weapon thats focused in improving buffs has a penalty that has to do with buffs.
Why ? Remove the bonus clip size (its actually a direct upgrade to rocket launcher if you dont use a buff) and remove the faster buff gain and make the buff last twice as long.

25% life leech combined with 50% less damage ?! So you would get around 12 health per shot if your aim would be perfect. Maybe change it to simply give 10 health per hit ? also reduce the health penalty. Also the overheal bonus is useless because 150% of 75 is 112.5 so you would have less health that you would without the weapon. (there are weapons for scout that give health but alone this weapon is still pretty useless)

(+) 50% bonus jump height on wearer
(-) 10% less movement speed on wearer
(-) No actual weapon

Is the movement speed penalty entirely necessary ? Its really hard to take the benefit from this weapon anyway so why would there need to be a constant downside with rarely useful upside ?
If you want the jump height why not just use the winger?

When the server started many of the weapons where really op. (for example the doombringer for heavy igniting people) Even though it was unbalanced it was still funner than the gamemode is now. At the moment very few weapons are good enough to be used instead of stock weapons.
So even if you dont bring back the old weapon stats could you still buff a lot of the weapons ?
