Good idea but I don't think it's nessessary to add Aerial control
I would also reduce resistance while in air if you reduce vulnerability

(?) When used, spawns a Scout Bot in front of the player, the Scout Bot can be controlled and will constantly yell insults at the enemies, and it cannot attack. It will always be prioritized by sentries (thus disabling sentries near it), and is immune to sentry damage. The Scout Bot has 75 health, but will instantly die from melee hits. He also has a greater mass, meaning that he will attract projectiles near him (thus disabling projectile weapons near him, unless they are fired at him)
(-) When controlling the Scout Bot, you can't move yourself, thus leaving you vulnerable to attacks

With the Medispenser, I thought there could possibly be a sort of "ammo overfill" to compensate for no health overheal. You'd be able to slowly increase your heal target's clip size by up to 50% when healing them, Once you stopped healing a target, the additional shots would stay, but they wouldn't be able to reload them once they were used (Like when you lose the Haste powerup in Mannpower). It's not really a suggestion, it's more just something I thought up a while ago.

Honestly I kind of expected the Kralle and the Medispenser to get merged since they were both quite similar.

Le Dettonaire shouldn't be going through Razorbacks though. If it is that's a bug and I'll look into it.

As for the Mercenary's Supplies Pyro change I'm not entirely sure it's possible to directly modify the flamethrower's attributes through the secondary slot.

All spy knives that add effects on backstab can go through Razorbacks, the same goes for the Infection.
