Honorary Fight (All-Class Melee)
(?) Upon hitting an enemy with melee, you will mark them for a fight.
While they are marked:
- Both of you take 75% less ranged damage from eachother
- Both of you take 200% more melee damage from eachother
- Both of you take 90% less damage and knockback from others (ranged or not)
- Both of you gain a speed boost
- Both of you are immune to healing (this includes health regen)
- Neither of you can deal random critical hits
- Killing one another restores full health, ammo and metal
- Both of you deal 90% less damage to anyone else
Effect is removed:
- If you switch your weapon (note that the mark will be removed instantly on your opponent, but it will take 2 seconds to un-mark yourself)
- The enemy holds out another weapon for 5 seconds or more (as such, fights can be refused by not switching to melee
- If you go too far away from eachother
- If one of you dies
(-) 100% damage penalty when not in a honorary fight
(-) No random critical hits

"Fists" of the North Star is not referring to the human fists, it is specifically referencing the name of the Heavy's stock melee weapon, a bad one but a pun nonetheless.

(+) Recieve a speed boost and infinite air jumps while cloaked
(+/-) Unlimited cloak as long as you have health
(-) 10 health drained per second while cloaked

Infinite Air Jumps seems crazy OP. Maybe reduce the health drain rate but have the air jumps cost health?

Donator Perk Idea: Strange Weapons
Similar to how getting killed by a Sawblade/Train will show its amount of kills in the chat, getting killed by these would show: "Strange [weapon] ([number] Kills)".

+no fall off damage
+Can random crit
+Has similair fire rate to scouts bat swing
-They are all duds, they do 35 damage on hit

You gotta work with what ya got!

Kudos for coming up with an idea that's balanced while still being actually funny unlike many posts in this thread.
