I'm not the only one coder in the CTF2W group you know, and surely not the best.
Also, I'm not even in a break, I just don't want to code at all for TF2 or anything related to it, I'm into the Dota 2 Lua Scripting right now which is, well, harder (but better, less messy I think AND GIVES WAY MORE FREEDOOOOM) than SP and, to end this, since I'm a betrayer, I've bought Overwatch recently. Outback Outlaw: Instead of completely random effects, some sort of meter that constantly goes up and resets at 100%. Depending on how full the meter is, you will get a different effect. So if you fire at 5%, it will always have the same effect. When you're charging the weapon, the meter goes slower, so you can time it easier. It would also show on the hud which effect is currently on. As a downside for this it would require full charge for the effect to work, and charge slower.

you get the bonus if you're at 75 hp and you keep it until your hp is 50 or higher

When sentry is destroyed (does not include mini sentry) you receive a battalions backup effect and a speed boost. This can be used to escape a bad situation or get revenge on that "son of a bitch" that destroyed your sentry

I suggest adding something like this to make it so that you can't spam the heals but still make them potent enough to make a difference:
+ Hitting an ally will heal them based on your current charge, up to X HP (cannot overheal)

Maybe a percentage or a fixed value at full charge. Likely a non-charged scoped would heal ~25 HP. With it's high charge rate, the healing should be fair to compensate.

You cant shoot unscoped with the Milk Shot

He never said anything about shooting unscoped, though.

+On headshot or full charge: Create an milk explosion that applies it to all enemy players around the target

Maybe a little less than 60 HP? Maybe something like 25?
