+ backstabbing enemies slows them down
+ killing enemies turns them into caramel
+ walking over caramel bodies heals you
+ caramel knife protects you from flame (like spycicle)
- after backstabbing you need to wait for the knife the regen
- backstab does not kill
- 90% damage penalty
