This is probably a terrible idea and Loreknight is gonna screech at me for it being so bad but might as well throw the idea out there.

PDA for the Spy
Base: Dead Ringer

Cloak Type: Decoy Creation
When activated, instantly cloak and leave a decoy of yourself which will run directly forward until it encounters an obstacle or it has been 5 seconds, in which it will automatically disable. If the decoy is killed, the decoy explodes. 25% of the damage from this explosion heals the user.
( + ) On backstab: Instantly regain cloak
( - ) -100% cloak regen rate

Okay so yeah. This. Probably needs a better nerf since not regening cloak isnt really a big deal since most maps have a lot of ammo packs, and if they dont you can easily get some from dead players or just go to a resupply cabinet

Secondary for Soldier
Base: Shotgun

( +/- ) Fires a burst of special bolts that, when stuck to a solid surface, explode after a couple of seconds, dealing 15% less damage (same amount of time as the Hunter's flechette's from Half Life: Episode 2)
( + ) This weapon reloads its entire clip at once
( - ) Fires entire clip at once
( - ) -50% clip size
( - ) No random critical hits

Based this off the Hunter's flechette gun. Could probably work on other classes who uses shotguns, but I thought it'd suit the solly best due to it being an explosive weapon.

Base: Knife (Uses the Stun Baton sounds from Half Life 2)

( + ) On backstab vs Ubered Medic: Drain 25% of the uber and return 15% of it to your cloak. If cloak is full, it heals/overheals. Overheal through this method does not decay
( + ) On backstab vs Ubered Patient: Drain 15% of the medic's uber and return 5% of it to your cloak. If cloak is full, it heals/overheals. Overheal through this method does not decay
( HIDDEN ) Backstabs vaporize enemies
( - ) On backstab vs non-ubered target: Deal 25 damage every tick rather than an instant kill. Any healing source instantly prevents this
( - ) On backstab: Disable your melee for 2 seconds

Well, as a Spy, backstabbing ubered foes are technically useless. However, with this, not only do you drain their uber, but you gain cloak or health, giving the spy a more of a "support" role.

Okay, so I had an idea for a medigun, but I dont know how it'd be executed. So, it IS a random chance medigun, but hear me out. The medigun is a slot machine based medigun, in which the uber is determined on what you get in the slot machine, and the side effect that you get along with your medigun (Like the Vaccinator).

Theres Strength, Defense, Haste, Regeneration and a Wildcard. Strength gives your patient weapon attributes, like weapon accuracy or damage. Defense gives your patient damage resistance. Haste could give you and your patient speed, or mirror blast jumps like the Quick Fix. Regeneration can rise the healing rate. The Wildcard could give you a random positive attribute, like faster ubercharge rate, or copy the symbol to the left.

Ubercharge depends on what slots you have currently. Strength could give the patient more damage, or crits. Defense could give crit resistance or uber. Haste could increase you and your patient's speed. Regeneration could be like the Quick Fix uber. The Wildcard could do nothing unless you have all 3, in which case it could give you all the level 1 effects at once (like a lucky 7)

Idk how this would work but it seemed like a cool way to deal with random chance.
