I heavily nerfed it, but I think it's much better. Besides, with your old "Noclip for nearby players", people could get stuck.
I re-did some stats, so it would run/work better in-game. Source/Sourcemod isn't the best engine.

(!) Max health becomes overheal when effects wear off.
(-) Put in the "Humiliation" stance during the effects duration

I figure this one is pretty self-explanatory.
Increased push force
Killing an enemy with a critical hit will dismember your victim. Painfully.
Head size increased on wearer
On kill: User is forced to laugh

On backstab: convert victim to your team
On miss: Backstab yourself. WOLOLOLOLO
On miss: Instant autobalance. Fixed.

I feel like I should make some of the attributes for these, like the crit invincible enemies. I could rework it into a hurt invincible players attribute. A grill dispenser would be funny. Igniting enemies if you're on fire would be interesting as well.
