Your college provided you free (kinda) internet, put it to some good use. Play CS GO, one of the most competitive online multiplayer games.
Being one of the only games with servers in India also helps. And that it's cheap. And that it doesn't need a monster of a computer to run. And that playing CS is compusory to get a B.Tech. degree.
