I have managed to finally get in contact with Cortana. I think this time of problems and other stuff has caused a lot of panics with his many customers.

However I have found that due to the recent death of his mother and the death of the server which he cannot afford to fix many services has collapsed except his own home server.

Cortana: "Sorry for any incovenience, any services that havent been refunded have been replaced. Half of them could be refunded, but money is needed to fix the server"

His original name is: csheadshots
He has used: Cortana, God and other names.

A guy called Cortana approached me a little while back. He offered very good server, website and Ventrillo Server prices. Things were OK and with some slight problems which were sorted we went on. Then I paid for the time needed before going on holiday to Ireland where I could log on occassionally.

I soon found both servers offline and him blocking me. Soon later he turned the website I had paid for and the domain as a website for himself (a link is below: www.tacticalhiding.com).

He got me and I'm going to try and ensure all his customers know the risk.
