Recover missing achievements & apps

The Steam Recover guide just received an update:
https://completionist.me/steam/recover

With the help of a Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey userscript finding missing data has become much easier. As it's a self-service tool the process of crosschecking won't require as much help from us anymore as it did before either.

Recovering licenses usually has a positive effect on other trackers as well.
