Germany Activision confirms Call of Duty: Black Ops - In Germany, heavily censored

Complete sequences have been removed: the torture of prisoners of war, in which the player creates their hand was, for example, completely removed. A second script sequence in which the player does a Vietnamese soldier with a knife, was cut. Also removed: A precise head shot, which was not saved with blood, bones and other content.

Any Gore-effects and head shots are reduced or did not occur in the PSP version.
The AT version (Austria) and CH version (Switzerland) were censored.

The U.S. uncut version, however, is technically more blood to be realistic and uncensored 100%. Of course, again the removal of limbs only in the uncut version is possible.
