Best soundtrack

Can be a game or an anime, eg;
Game: Shadow of the Colossus
Anime: Clannad Afterstory, Tokyo Ghoul

Note:
Soundtrack does not just mean opening/ending!

I would also nominate these two for the most stunning visuals :)

It's the theme tune for Moretsu Pirates, a rather ridiculous, funny series that I thought deserved a mention.

And this has to be another magical one, not really because of the music but rather because of the little animation of the twins. It's from xxx Holic by the way, a series that's well worth worth a watch...
