Steam has a preload of Civilization5 ready for those of us that pre-ordered it

I've updated the Welcome post to include our posting/chatting policy for all players that want to use this group, this group will be open to league and none league players as a central moderated lobby for Civ5, but all players that use this agree to the chat/posting policy

Not the Game lobby, we are not sure what will power that right now, but the chat here will be the official league chat room and hopefully it will become popular to escape the lobby spam
